TRAINING CALENDER

We offer a range of masterclasses to teach you the basics of human centered design. These classes are designed for people with little or no experience in human centred design. Each class is led by an expert designer who will take you through the basics of the design process via different modules. You’ll learn to empathize with users, define problems, brainstorm solutions, and prototype ideas. At the end of each class, you’ll have the opportunity to put your new skills into practice by working on a real-world design challenge.

What Do You Learn?

01

Design Thinking

Design thinking is a powerful tool that can help you create innovative solutions to complex problems. By putting the needs of people at the center of your design process, you can develop products and services that meet their specific needs. And by taking a hands-on approach to design, you can quickly test and iterate on your ideas to create the best possible solution.

02

Design Sprints

This comprehensive guide will teach you how to facilitate a design sprint from start to finish, equipping you with the skills and tools you need to deliver real impact. You'll learn how to utilize the power of design thinking to solve problems more effectively and create prototypes that accurately represent the final product or service.

03

Service Design Blueprints

The human-centered design revolves around putting people at the heart of everything you do. It's a process that helps you understand their needs and design products, services and experiences that meet them. By identifying pain points and opportunities, you can design deliberate service experiences that will leave your customers satisfied and coming back for more.

04

Systems Thinking

Human-centered design (HCD) is about understanding and meeting the needs of people. It starts with a deep understanding of the people using a product or service and involves considering their needs throughout the entire design process.
